We are offering Party Planning again!
We have offered Party Planning Services in the past (for more than 10 years), but in 2020 when events came to a hault and event businesses struggled to stay open it changed quite a bit of what the event’s industry looks like now. By the time the public wanted to have events again many of the vendors we partnered with had closed or changed their policies, pricing or the way they chose to do business (the same as we also did)! With a few years back into the swing of things, we’ve reconnected with some of our favorite vendors “friendors” as well as continue to make new connections!
What is Party Planning?
Party Planning is a service that is ran by our in-house Event Coordinator. Our Event Coordinator can outsource vendor services, Offer Day-Of Coordination for events and weddings, as well as offer Decoration Setup for your own décor items. The services are different for each client, just as every event is unique!
HIRING VENDORS
From our list of trusted vendors, we can hire caterers, bakers, DJs, bands, photographers as well as outsource other rental items. We discuss your wants and needs then reach out to our partnered vendors to make arrangements on your behalf.
Deposits to lock-in vendors may vary on percentage and vendor’s specific deadlines. Fees based on vendor services.
DAY-OF COORDINATION FOR EVENTS
Day-of coordination: $250
This is great for baby showers, retirement parties, military events, birthdays and more!
Coordinator present through duration of event to create and facilitate event timeline and flow
of event.
In addition to coordination service, EMCEE service available at additional $50
DAY-OF COORDINATION FOR WEDDINGS
Ceremony Only $300: Coordinator present to facilitate Rehearsal & Ceremony.
Ceremony & Reception $500: Coordinator present to facilitate Rehearsal & Ceremony as well as
create and facilitate event timeline for reception.
In addition to coordination service, EMCEE service available at additional $50
DECORATION SETUP FEE
Our staff will estimate your décor setup fee based on the items you would like to have setup, at
the rate of:
$50 per half hour
$100 per hour
Additional Fees for extensive décor
All party planning services are subject to availability. Party Planning services may be added to your room rental agreement no later than 30 days before the event date. Party Planning Services are non-taxable.
Dealbreakers: No helium, loose glitter or confetti.
