There are three different spaces at SkyView on Hay. Each space is priced separately for a minimum of 5 hours. We offer discounted rates for Military, First Responders, Non-Profit Organizations and Sunday-Thursday Rentals! The Ballroom is a magnificent space with soaring ceilings and panoramic two-story tall windows that reveal the expansive SkyView portico. Your eye is drawn up toward the ceiling, the stunning chandelier, and the eight huge skylights, illuminated at night by LEDs to give a festive glow. The Ballroom is as functional as it is beautiful. A sizable prep area for caterers will allow them to keep food at serving temperature and make preparation and clean-up a breeze. Just a few steps away is the Vault, a trendy small space that works well as a private dressing room or an intimate place for private conversation.

10% hourly discounted rate for Military, First Responders, Non-Profit Org, and Sunday Rentals | $2,050 for 5 hours. Additional time: $360/hour
20% hourly discounted rate for weekday rentals, Monday-Thursday | $1,850 for 5 hours. Additional time: $320/hour
On the other side of the garden is the Garden Terrace. Floor to ceiling windows frame the graceful view of the Zen Garden. An exposed brick wall and deep set windows bring warmth to this special room. An additional Franklin Street entrance makes it convenient to access this space.

Level 2 is a combination of the Mezzanine and the Garden View, making up the entire second floor of SkyView. Level 2 offers more space for events that require a small break-out space, separate buffet area or larger dance area. Floor to ceiling windows at opposite sides, in both the Mezzanine and Garden View, add a special grace to this area.
