At SkyView on Hay, we know every event is unique — and so is the space you choose. Each of our four distinct spaces is priced separately for a minimum of 5 hours, with discounted rates for Military, First Responders, Non-Profit Organizations, and Sunday-Thursday rentals. If you’re planning multiple spaces for extended hours, check out our Packages to rent more than one space for your event.

The Ballroom

A magnificent space that truly takes your breath away. Soaring ceilings and panoramic two-story windows frame the expansive SkyView portico, drawing your eye upward to the stunning chandelier and eight skylights that glow with festive LEDs at night. The Ballroom is as functional as it is beautiful, featuring a sizable prep area for caterers to make setup and clean-up effortless. Just steps away is the Vault, a cozy space perfect for private conversation or a bridal prep room.

Pricing:

• Weekend (Fri-Sat): $2,500 for 5 hours | Additional time: $400/hr

• Military / First Responders / Non-Profit / Sunday: $2,300 for 5 hours | Additional time: $360/hr

• Weekday Mon-Thu: $2,100 for 5 hours | Additional time: $320/hr

Garden Terrace

Step into the Garden Terrace, a serene escape with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Zen Garden. Exposed brick walls and deep-set windows create a warm, inviting atmosphere. An additional Franklin Street entrance makes it easy for guests to enter and exit, keeping your event smooth and effortless.

Pricing:

• Weekend (Fri-Sat): $1,050 for 5 hours | Additional time: $150/hr

• Military / First Responders / Non-Profit / Sunday: $975 for 5 hours | Additional time: $135/hr

• Weekday Mon-Thu: $900 for 5 hours | Additional time: $120/hr

Level 2

Level 2 combines the Mezzanine and Garden View to create the full second floor. This versatile space works beautifully for events that need a break-out area, separate buffet, or a larger dance floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows on opposite sides let in natural light and add a graceful ambiance, perfect for both intimate and lively gatherings.

• Weekend (Fri-Sat): $1,550 for 5 hours | Additional time: $250/hr

• Military / First Responders / Non-Profit / Sunday: $1,425 for 5 hours | Additional time: $225/hr

• Weekday Mon-Thu: $1,300 for 5 hours | Additional time: $200/hr
